ice & ish better take note of this shyt. If joe did this to his "friends" imagine what he's going to do to you.
I’m betting the difference is they’ll know their roles and play their position accordingly assuming the show continues on

They have agreements in writing. They're all under contract which is why Joe was saying they can't start a podcast for a year...I guess there's a non compete agreement. Joe also mentioned the contract on the episode when they came back. This is what happens when you do business in that gray area. If you don't have an agreement in writing, then you are essentially gambling on whether or not the owner is going to do right by you.
All that good faith shyt and years of whatever you built doesn't matter for some folks. That's how it is when you don't have your shyt together.

Joe fumbled a 8 figure Spotify bag for nothing, clown

Hopefully the leave his ass in the dustExactly
They bet not be thinking since they life long friends that mean anything, we saw what just happened with MAL
Y u nikkas always gotta make shyt black vs white?I never really went in on the fact of the white boys were a drag on the culture of the show. It's wild how the white boy feels entitled to ownership despite Joe always talking about how whites steal and monetize our shyt in his presence. The whole damn time this is what the white Devil was planning to do on his dog pad right next to Joe's throne. Lol I knew that the white boy was not content under a nikka.
So essentially the issue is, they wanted equity in the company/podcast and didn't know how to go about getting it?They have agreements in writing. Rory's issue is that. He wants ownership and to audit and see the money flow and books. Mal doesn't seem to care for any of that it's mainly a respect thing which is why I think Joe didn't (or hasn't yet) fired Mal.So essentially the issue is, they wanted equity in the company/podcast and didn't know how to go about getting it?

It's just the people that want to pretend that they're "bosses". It's the same shyt as Dame worship. The entire house is on fire but they want to pretend that everything is fine because they run it.If you side with Joe in this. You're a fukking loser![]()
I'm still listening to the full episode so haven't gotten to the part where he's fired anyone but in the clip I saw he only specifically fired Rory. And so far in my listening he's talking about how he only met Rory in 2014 and how his relationship with Mal is much different. Mal lived with him and he says he loves him and all that. Seems like most of his angst is to Rory and Mal is just a bit of collateral because he's somewhat siding with Rory. Actually it seems Mal wanted to audit too.I thought he fired them.both
point is there's an avenue to get publishing...the amount of replay is irrelevant i believe. maybe i'm wrong.Music artists get publishing because their songs keep getting played over and over. Who is going to keep listening to old episodes of podcasts that are about weekly events?
