Its almost as if Biden wants to be a one term president.
Not sure about the stats but it’s not like all of those at risk are moderates or liberals anyway. He could give them UBI his entire presidency and they’d still find an issue to use as their reason not to vote for him

I have 50K equity and I didn’t even move in yet :pachaha:

I got lucky. I signed my contract right before the lumber and other prices skyrocketed.
shyt I bought my 1st house at the very start of the pandemic. By the time I got moved in it was already worth 30k more than what I got it for. The advertisements around the city went from 170k to 200k now

The entire point of unemployment bonus was to pay necessary expenses, housong being number 1. Most people were getting far more than they earned normally. Even if you didnt pay 3 months let say, theres no reason to still havent paid

With hours until eviction ban expires, lawmakers lean on CDC to act

How are you going to put fake pressure on the CDC to act when the Supreme Court flat out said they'd help with the extension if Congress actually came to an agreement :dwillhuh:

It looks even more disingenuous considering the fact that the Squad and her fellow Housemates are on recess until Mid-September and not actually at Capitol Hill working.

If more people are evicted shouldn't that cause more vacancies?

It's going to cause more homelessness as those tenants won't be able to rent again with evictions on their credit.

Damn that's going to rock people credit scores....But I know this much If I wasn't able to fill a property I'd have no choice but to take a person with an eviction....But at the same time I'm thinking this could slow down that housing boom and bring some of the prices down depending on if it's as bad as I'm thinking as far as people not paying rent.
