The fact that major corporations are sending everyone back to the office by Labor day tells me there won't be another lockdown regardless of this delta shyt.

The entire point of unemployment bonus was to pay necessary expenses, housong being number 1. Most people were getting far more than they earned normally. Even if you didnt pay 3 months let say, theres no reason to still havent paid

They're more than likely going to extend it.
Hopefully they don't wait until the last minute like they did in this instance and run into some fukkery that won't make it possible.

It's going to cause more homelessness as those tenants won't be able to rent again with evictions on their credit.
Damn that's going to rock people credit scores....But I know this much If I wasn't able to fill a property I'd have no choice but to take a person with an eviction....But at the same time I'm thinking this could slow down that housing boom and bring some of the prices down depending on if it's as bad as I'm thinking as far as people not paying rent.
