Stop eating the sugar and the salt. That is number 1. Consume less meat. Use herbs to cook your foods and only consume one serving of meat protein a day. Natural sugars should come from fruit consumption.
I don't believe this. I literally tell no one I"m vegan but the minute they find out they suddenly got 99 questions and always get defensive when I don't even be saying nothing. Like they'll say some shyt like 'oh but where u get____ from?" and make remarks about how the food I"m making is nasty or just other hating comments.
You'll say you vegan and suddenly people become health experts and want to tell you how you missing out on stuff and you'll get this if you don't do that.
I think people just feel some sort of guilty conscience if you get into a ethical debate which I don't care to do with people. if someone asks for an opinion and get mad at the answers it's not the vegan that's arrogant it's the person asking the question. Like some people feel disrespected if you don't want to participate in something with them and suddenly project.

They're not 'experts' if you're talking about medical doctors. They get less than 24 hours on average education on nutrition. The largest body of nutritional experts have stated:I found out recently that just about all medical experts don't recommend babies be on vegan diets...that's very interesting.
with that said, I believe this study is including people that "try" vegan lifestyles, but don't stick to it. I know quite a few of those
Yup. I got people in my family(they be joking though) that do that. They'll be cooking something and be like "Yo fatboi i left you some pork sonMy best friend is vegan and everything in this post is 100% factual. People swear that vegans are annoying but everyone turns into a nutritionist or doctor even though they've never done any research on it. They don't realize that they're the annoying ones. One dude sends my homeboy pictures of steaks and meats like every week. Those are the type of people who are quick to tell you that vegans are annoying.
" Most people haven't done any research on it outside of googling some information on the spot when questioned. I've seen enough debates from "experts" get sonned everytime they try to argue against nutrition. I've heard every fear mongering thing over the past 12 years. The minute a vegan gets sick suddenly they need a chicken sandwich or grilled steak like wtf?

“It is the position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that appropriately planned vegetarian, including vegan, diets are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases,” the group wrote in its announcement. “These diets are appropriate for all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence, older adulthood, and for athletes.”

That's from over 100,000 nutritional and health experts, that which the average medical doctor isn't.

You don't know the specifics of a case to say what was wrong and what was right. That child in the story was said to be neglected, didn't eat for almost a week because she wasn't "feeling well" and was dehydrated and I think wasn't even breast fed. Restricted foods(barely any veggies and neglect(probably barely fed the child) is the cause here.
Neglect and mistreatement caused the death, not because of a vegan diet. Says the baby didn't even eat for a week and was ignored when she had breathing problems and the parents just went to sleep. That's mentally ill parents."The O’Learys have two other children together, ages 3 and 5, whom police saw at their residence in September. One had blackened and decaying teeth" - Another sign of neglect, they probably dont even buy the kids dental hygiene products.

There's millions of children who grew up vegan/vegetarian so a story or two about a child who died due to multiple reasons isn't indication that a diet is faulty. That story is clickbait as hell.
Non vegan child dying from malnutrition

Who the hell says kale and spinach are dangerous?Watch a bunch of uninformed posts about dangers of kale, potatoes, edamame, beans, roasted broccoli and protein gets proliferated in here lol. Never ceases to amaze me how uninformed people are in regards to something as simple as food.
Clickbait headlines faultI should’ve put this in higher learning. Nikkas ain’t reading shyt.
It said the main reason blacks are going vegan is because we seen the health damage to our communities and parents.
The Wu-Tang and other artist influence is about their investments in spreading Veganism into the black community. It highlighted styles P and Jadakiss four juice bars and Jay Z investment in the black owned Partake foods. Hence the hip hop is leading.
The third part highlighted the history of rappers promoting veganism in earlier raps ( this is more like a history lesson) She highlighted KRS-One “beef” and dead Prez.
