Anyway...help a ngga out. No-time to start off shame liftin at all the litty gyms around my area. Advise me of some good diet options and push-up/sit-up/pull-up routines to put on some weight. Don't mind runnin either. Put your money where your mouth is, u fake ass trainers....

Some people might take offense to the callout :manny:

It's true.:manny:

If you wanna separate yourself from the pack, you gotta do them. I'm not calling nobody fake, but these Instagram fools really be thinking they doing something with them easy ass basic movements.

Most big dudes in my gym don't even attempt squats and if they do it ain't even parallel. It takes both mental and physical toughness, but mostly mental. Sht is just hell:whoa:. If you do squats or deads:salute: Saw some dude a couple days ago deadlifting 400 for reps:salute: Can't wait till I'm up at that point:youngsabo:

Slightly bird-chested?:childplease: I was 6' 175 and skinny as hell in high school. Yo ass like a stick. The type of nikka you want as a friend just incase a dog chase yo ass. The type nikka yo don't wanna play hide and go seek against. Turn sideways and disappear brehs:mjlol:.

Just eat and keep eating. Chicken, fish, peanut butter, yogurt, fruit, etc. and stay away from junk food. You already low body fat so you got something going

:francis:Said it before, saying it again. If there is no health concern, you are a fukking dummy if you ain't hitting the weights. Its like winning the lottery for a few stacks.
Incrimental gains that enrich you in oodles of ways. People out here really choosing being mediocre/skinny/fat over this:mjpalm:It's moronic. Just 30-40 minutes of your day

3-4 times a week is all it takes, but mawfukkas "Don't have time.":mjpalm:

Not 1 comment talking about squats or deadlifts, the lifts that separate the men from the boys. Scared of the real deal:pacspit: Keep bench pressing and leave the heavy lifting to the real men:pachaha:

I ain't a fan of squats personally, especially the older I get. I do dumbell and hack squats, and have been meaning to try a kettleball routine. I try to deadlift once a week. I'll be honest though, a lot of times I go in with the intention of including deadlifts and walk out having not done it.

Let me ask you breh, do you include it on a particular day like legs or back?

Indeed

I won't argue it either way, this is just usually the point in these threads where people start taking sides and fukkery ensues :heh:

No. I do full body workouts 3 times a week, which includes squats and deads on those days. Not saying I'm some type of goon:whoa: I'm just now starting. I just hate people who show off and brag on social media but don't even squat or dead. Like how you gone act like a beast but you scared of them heavy weights?:childplease: If you gone brag do everything. Everybody bragging about 305 bench, but ain't nobody claiming that 475 squat:mjpls:

^^^^ fukk is this bozo talkin. Out

What's the best exercise to build shoulder quickly?

I do calisthenics for the most part, don't have time for the gym...

Cable side raises w/full extension

Dumbell side and front raises:ufdup:

Shoulder presses:ufdup:

Rear delt raises:ufdup:

Use lightweight. No need to go super heavy just for shoulders:win:

Props to y'all.

I'm at the start of my journey. Been eating more and doing push ups to get into it.

How do y'all muffukaz know what excercises to do to gain muscles, and how to them without injuring yourself?

My biggest worry now before hitting the gym is not knowing exactly how to approach it and injuring myself in the proces.

Looking forward to developing that look-great-in-a-t-shirt physique!
