Yeah? What's your explanation then? What are the likely possibilities according to you?

Well if string theory is real, an Alcubierre drive could move at a max of about 3.3 trillion trillion light years per second. So you could reach the edge of the observable universe in about 4 femtoseconds. Thats assuming a lot thoThe universe is unimaginably big. Like mind blowingly vast and huge. Even if a civilization had lightspeed travel they couldn't hope to begin to chart the galaxy for thousands of years. We are lucky no one has found us yet.

If M-theory is real shyt gon get fukking crazy

That was deep

FTL really depends on the nature of the universe. Also we have never really found a wormhole and even if we did we have no idea how to use negative energy or exotic matter. You're right we don't know and these questions will probably not be answeredPeople assume faster than light travel and the ability to traverse worms holes and shyt. We don't have a theory of everything yet and until we do we won't even know if what I mentioned earlier is possible or not. If it isn't that's your answer right there, it would take them forever to get here.
We don't know enough about physics to even speculate.
