This is it for me. I’m just going to get a gaming laptop and call it day. It’s portable, can play retro gaming and it gets exclusives from Sony and Microsoft. Online is free and alot of games have cross play. I can do my work plus have all my gaming needs met on one device. I know some people would say get a steam deck for portability but the screen is too small and I like gaming with a gamepad.

Same it’s dope if my wife got the tv I got my laptop it doesn’t take up that much space and I got a pillow padded lap desk for it. nikka playing games from Atari all the way to PS5 games.I got like three small external ssd hardrives for them nikka got almost a 1000 games amongst all three hard drives. I got pretty much all the fighting games ever made on them between emulators and original pc games.

The thing with PC you have 1440p or any resolution comfortable. Many people don’t care about graphics but frame rates.

You can approach it that way or you can get a laptop that’s more powerful than a ps5 and plays all the games plus you can do all the retro gaming. It all depends on what you value that’s what’s great about pc. If you want to spend the money on the portability and don’t want a rig to do it you can.
