Sasha needed this title months ago and they did their typical half assed routine of fake protection by not giving it to her when she was getting chants to appear.
I don't know, breh..maybe I'm missing something but it seems to be a trend lately that's making less and less sense as time goes on. Why does she NEED the belt? She'll be over with the belt, she'll be over without the belt (probably even more so with people anticipating her getting a solo shot).....
The belt's just a prop and in some cases, it makes a difference in a storyline, but in this one, it doesn't because there isn't a big blood feud to make the stakes high enough for it to mean THAT much.
One of the greatest matches I've ever seen on Raw was that no. 1 contender's match between Punk & Cena to decide who'd get a shot at The Rock and it was so good because of how well their rivalry had been built up going into that match. Sasha doesn't need the belt right now. Let it breathe.
