And the NBA have a few international cities that can support a team. Not just a hope in London (and it is a hope).

Beijing, Barcelona, Madrid, Buenos Aires, and a few other cities can support NBA teams.

There are 3 NFL games in London this year. I mean the support is clearly growing. There's a college game in Ireland every year now. I wouldnt say there's minimal interest. Those games sell out immediately.

As far as the NBA having a team in China I'd imagine that's basically logistically impossible.
