No, I get paid biweekly and taxes are taken out each pay.
at what point do you get rid of a car that is paid off for when you keep being hit with car repairs. In the past 6 months Ive spent $3500 on car repairs. After today anything else besides regular maintenance I might get rid of the car, especially if its anything that pops up in the next 3-5 months. Everytime I get close to paying off my credit cards something else pops up, plus I need to put my money on getting some new furniture (sofa, dresser, coffee table). Plan on getting a new tv this summer

Alright brehs tomorrow is a big day. After dealing with all these damn recruiters i got 2 interviews tomorrow with employers.
One job is 1 i was instantly excited about, would do wonders for my career and is 6 mins from the house
The other is a position i was least excited about after all the calls ive taken this week. But ima at least hear em out. Hopefully the former offers me a position and i can get back to work.

That much in repairs should hold you over for the next 2-3yrs outside of regular maintenance.
If anything major comes up, trade it in and see what the dealership says. Might as well have a note if you're going to come off a few grand every couple of months for repairs.
