I don't think they can ask that question besides my salary that I told them is very believable lolThey probably are about to try and verify your currently salary to see if it matches what you told them on the low.![]()

I feel you on that breh..I faxed in my signed offer letter yesterday afternoon. The one last thing to make it official is for some reason they need to verify that im currently employed..so they have to talk to either my direct manager or somebody in a HR role..my direct manager is a big hell no so I gave them the number to a HR rep..now im like
waiting for them to confirm the shyt before I go hand in my 2 week notice to my manager today...why do they need to confirm im currently employed anyways?
This is either going to be the best week of my professional career, or the worst..I'm nervous brehs
I seriously think if I get this offer from my jobs competitor and I submit my two weeks notice after committing to being relocated to Jacksonville, they just might push me out the window![]()
hiiiiiiAs long as you give your two weeks, you're good. Don't feel bad about taking an opportunity that works for it. I"m sure if your job had to be cut because it worked best for the company, they'd have no problem calling you into the office and telling you to pack your shyt...and you'd be lucky if they gave you two weeks.
fukk companies. they don't have loyalty to you, so don't have loyalty to them. You can still be a good employee with that attitude.

That's what I'm trying to keep in the back of my mid. I'm telling myself if they had to cut me they would do it with no hesitation, so I'm trying to stay in that mindset. Still feeling slick bad because everyone in Jacksonville is so excited for my arrival lol.
This is what I was going to doIf you feel right doing so, lie to them and say some family shyt came up and you need to be in ATL. This offer came through so you feel right taking it because you can't really be away from home now.![]()

This is what I was going to do![]()
"Having some issues at home so I need to travel back"
But then I kinda felt like I could possibly to part-time/side contract work for the company I work for now and just stack even more if they want to until they have a chance to hire someone else![]()

shorty kinda cool
