The greyhound buses to Boston from NYC's port authority board by boarding number. Some irate African men did not know it and tried to skip in line. When that failed, they acted defiant and aggressive.

All the loud grunting and gutteral argument disgusted me. We had ALL been waiting a while for a late bus.

My boarding pass was #2, so I talked reeeeeeeally greasy to the waiting African men as I boarded before them. "You should complain to customer service about the delay. And you have been waiting since the 2pm bus? Why, it is 9pm now!"
