The draft was ass because the freshmen class that year was ass, which scouts called 2 years before they entered college. The last couple of freshmen classes have been nowhere as bad, and Castle has a higher ceiling than you're giving him.

An overpay but Orlando were desperate for offense and Bane is a very good player who will fit right in with their big 2. If you are in the East, it's a great chance to compete and give your fans a show. I personally would have called Portland and see if Simons was available for cheaper.
