Bane isn’t worth all that but apparently Orlando thinks they can make a run in the East next year so this is a win now move.

If they don’t get at least to the East finals in the next two years they going to regret that move.

I don’t think they are better than the Pacers, Knicks, Cavs, or a healthy Boston.

Suggs/Bane/Wagner/Paolo/WCJ on paper should be competing for a top 4 seed in the East

Problem is they still lack a proper playmaker, Suggs can’t run an offense

4 unprotected 1sts is definitely a gamble tho. That Suns pick next year is probably lottery

Replace Suggs with the old Thunder/Suns CP3 and this may could work...but CP3 much older and thread worn down...

If we going by last year's stats bane averaged 19, KCP+Anthony averaged 18ppg with similar rebounds assists

Bane production went down in the playoffs


Suggs has injury problems


U just gave up 4 unprotected first round picks with no legitimate point guard on the roster, no change in stats.

But it is a steep price. Especially that PHX pick.

The Grizzlies under Zach Kleiman have proven they can draft well. After all, he got Bane with pick #30.

Memphis also got duped by the Wizards by losing their 2025 pick in the Marcus Smart trade.
