I’m too lazy to buy OMNY especially since you can’t even use it Apple wallet version but it was time for Metrocard to go even tho it could’ve given its name to OMNY

Scammers have put chip readers on the Metrocard machines before so your information can still get stolen.


I remember before I put my card in those metrocard machines I would tug on it to make sure a skimmer wasn't on the machine.

No I meant using their phone to pay via Apple Wallet or Google Pay. They were paranoid about getting robbed that way


These are the same people who would rather leave someone in the care to move it every 15 minutes or so rather than to pay for an hour of parking.

I would use metrocards over the omny we got too many stories of omny scamming folks on the tap to pay shyt... omny has TOO many issues they should give people the choice not force it on us...
