Thats not the point concerning peyton and aaron. Theyve had moments where they didnt perform. Doesnt take away from their value. Drew Brees had 1 playoff win in 8 years prior to the saints super bowl run in 09. How would you characterize him up until that point? Matt Ryan is a top 10 QB and few teams wouldn't turn down the opportunity to have him quarterback them.

And my point is that none of them had the offensive talent that Matt Ryan has/ had for them to be as inconsistent as they are. So while I'm not doubting they had some bad games, Matt Ryan has had far too many bad games with a lot better talent. Give Aaron, Peyton, Russell Wilson, Tom Brady and Drew Brees Julio, Prime Roddy, (when he was in the league over thousand yard rusher Mike Turner) Tony Gonzales and they destroy the league. Yes you're right some team would get suckered into taking Matt. They sold the farm for Julio because they believed it would take the Fraud to the next level, 3 years later back to square one
