You addressed nothing I said. You act like finding a quality franchise QB is easy. When the team has been clicking he's led them to wins. You can't ignore or call statistically bad play at other key spots an excuse. It's a reality.
I did address your line nonsense and I said they were excuses and they are all crap I've heard to take blame off the fraud. Matt Had a decent line and a 1000 yard rusher before that and guess what? Falcons were getting by with a lot of field goals. If you call what the Falcons were doing as winningm what do you call what the Seahawks or Patriots do? But I digress, 7th year guy that slides 3 yards short of the goal line against a rival just for them to kick a field goal and doesn't have the common sense to check out of a play to run the clock down against Detroit. " Man look all Matt Ryan needs to win a super bowl is a good offensive line, good defense, a good running back and he needs to be in the right system' then he'll win one. :camby:And your also projecting the frauds failures by claiming other qb's couldn't come here and succeed in the frauds same circumstances.

My face was on perma-:what: when Christian Ponder got drafted in the first round. Same with when Jake Locker got picked. When the Bills drafted Manuel I almost died laughing:bryan:. EJ Manuel had no business being a first round pick :pachaha:

They went to the playoffs and performed well when the team as unit was sufficient on D and injures weren't ravishing their oline. Your argument make little sense. Prior to the debacles of 2013 and 2014, Matt Ryan had been to the playoffs 4 out of the 5 seasons he had been in the nfl. He's still been in the postseason 4 out of 7 seasons. Find me another QB with that rate and I guarantee he's a franchise QB. That's not the work of a fraud QB. Furthermore, you're saying they got by on FGs even though they were a top ten scoring offense almost everyone of those years prior to 2013 and 14? How does the make sense? You mention the Hawks and pats. The Hawks have the top rated defense. When Matt ryan has had solid defenses and an oline to give him time he's been in the playoffs and was a single play away from the super bowl. I would not blame him for the regression of their defense, running game and oline. He's been more than competent when those units played their part and is still performing in spite of. You cannot argue fact. As far as QBs with 100 starts, Matt ryan with a 60 percent win percentage is in elite company with brady, manning, rivers, Roethlisberger and romo. Comparing anyone to the pats is childish. They are an exception, not the rule.

Thomas Robinson trash too:mjlol: How you get traded and thrown to the bushes that quickly.

Jonny Flynn :childplease:could have had Steph Curry.

Drafting that white hope Jimmer when Klay Thompson was still on the board.

Mostly anybody Jordan takes in the 1st round too.

Even though you took time and effort to list all that 1 barely playoff win and no Super Bowl apoearences still making Terrible choices all with having 2 top 5 wide outs a hof tight end and a good running back. You hold real tight to those stats because he will never win one.

Marino never won one. Rivers hasn't been in a super bowl. Brees had 1 playoff win in 8 seasons. What's your point? Doesn't take anyway from the fact that he is a good franchise QB. Do you watch football? Does ones defense not play a role? You think russell would be as successful as he is without the top ranked defense? You keep talking about his weapons. Julio didn't become a top 5 wide out until this past season. He has been mad inconsistent in large part due to injuries. Gonzalez was a great weapon as was Roddy but i'm not sure how that is any different than what other top QBs have. A good running back goes for a stack and at least 4 ypc. That hasn't happened since 2011. Prior to that dude was there every year. What are you talking about?

Drew brees had 1 play off win in 8 seasons. Rivers hasn't been to a bowl. He has had gates, vincent jackson, LT keenan allen etc. Marino didn't go either. Doesn't take away from the fact that they are good franchise QBs. He has two top 5 WRs? That is news to me. His WR are good but both top 5? I would love to see your WR list if you think Julio and Roddy are top 5 wideouts. You keep focusing on what Matt Ryan has but want to dismiss what he hasn't had as excuses. Where they do that? Keep acting like a bad oline and a defense finishing in last place don't adversely effect a teams performance. The point is, when circumstances have been right, that's a large part of what success in football is about, he has performed at a very high level, as has his team, and even currently with less than favorable circumstances he's still performing. You're not even being reasonable with your hate.

As other Wiz fam said, Vesely. I wanted Kawhi badly (II), even if #6 might've been a tad high for him. As bad a feeling as I had about Vesely, I felt just as positive that Kawhi would ball out. What coulda been...

Also, Lawrence Phillips. Dude was talented but I figured he just had too many issues to make it at that level. I was :whew: when the Ravens decided on Jon Ogden, especially since almost all the mocks that year had Phillips coming here.

As soon I got in my car to drive home from my internship in DC I heard the entire Czech Embassy was at Verizon Center for the Wizards draft party. I yelled out while I was driving so pissed. I was so sure they would draft Kawhi.

Got home, put on ESPN hoping for someone else to take Vesley. Was hoping for the Cavs or Raptors to do the dumb deed. But it didn't happen :mjcry:

In 2013, I remember the Wizards wanted Bennett and I was :blessed: when the Cavs took him #1

But they ended up with Otto
