I would be okay with it if he recommended something like baby bonds that would scale up if a kid was born into multigenerational poverty. The bond scales up 25% for each generation of poverty that the kids family has been in. Something like that would be transformative. You don't even have to call it reparations. Wes Moore is just babbling about nothing.
