The thing with this is LeBron James missed almost a month with an injury and he just came back

He also dropped 47 pts and 18 rbds last time they met
Yeah, that's last time. What about this time?

Jokic went and saw him in Philly; Embiid can't see him on his own playground (a matchup in Denver he's ducked four straight times now)? If the voters are having a hard time separating the two, you don't think it makes sense that they'd start leaning towards one if the other ducked a matchup they had? If Jokic sat out this matchup, you don't think Embiid would be the favorite?

Embiid can just sit out games whenever he likes and still be the favorite in your eyes? When has the media ever awarded players with the MVP for sitting out games?

He just ducked the most pivotal game in the MVP race and you're blaming the media for him not showing up when this matchup was going to sway many a voter?
