I see some spots saying Phoenix or Chicago promised Garland, some spots saying neither made a promise. Chicago can't keep anything tight lipped which is how everyone knew they promised Hutchinson last year, also the reason why we know they'd trade the 7th for Zo. That only leaves the Suns but why bother when he falls to you naturally if LA doesn't take him, maybe Bulls try to work something out with the Cavs but eh. They could do that with or without the promise.

I'm thinking his future is tied with that 4th pick and the Klutch connects, even more so with him popping up on IG within the last day or so saying Kobe and the Lakers are his favorite team. He's a Laker if NO doesn't accept a deal.

Hearing a lot of rumors that the Lakers are locked in to DeAndre Hunter as well. Could it Garland at 4 and Hunter at 6 going to LA with Ball to PHX

Lonzo to Chicago would be lovely. He would be a perfect fit with Lavine, Otto, Lauri, Wendell

I don't think Lonzo is a real upgrade over Dunn and I don't think he brings anything to the table that Dunn doesn't. He's younger and taller I guess. :ld:

That move would be lateral at best.

You don't think Dunn's playmaking and decision making is trash? That alone makes Lonzo better. It kinda cancels out the crappying shooting that Lonzo has provided.

Shooting is a more important element of the game and not being able to makes you more of a liability than being a mediocre playmaker. Like I said, at BEST its a lateral move.

Dunn IMO has better numbers across the board and even while not being known as a passer he puts up similar stats while being a decent shooter from the arc abd the free throw line

See. I'm not looking at stats at all. It's his mindset... His basketball IQ that's detrimental to a winning team. I'll take him off the bench in a different role, but I don't trust him to make our assets better. You're right about shooting though. Ball's free-throw shooting is damn near unforgivable.

This is why I want Garland above all.
