The sooner they do a cap floor and ceiling, the better. Maybe I'm biased but feels like this season the gap between the small market poor franchises who dgaf and big market franchises is the widest in ages.

Minor league stadiums, minor league teams (Rockies) and most of divisions rn are led by big metro market teams.
