Best bet for them is to hope they strike gold with lower draft pick or massively overpay some above average player and hope he ramps up his skills out there to the stardom.

Warriors built a championship team with picks 7, 11, and 35 forming their nucleus.

The point is that person is complaining about getting the 4th pick when they passed on an MVP at pick 11. Don't say you're in purgatory because of bad luck and ignore the bad moves the front office made.
