My Pops Forever RIP
No way this kid looks 253 but if you can get the next Gobert (which has been his comparison) then you got to get him if you’re Charlotte or Chicago

I thought that was Kessler

Maluach's issue isn't that he's not gonna be a shot blocking machine even thought it didn't make him a crap defender.

The NBA missed the best opportunity for an all White starting 5 with the Bulls. Smh.

I am intrigued by Yanic Konan Niederhauser

Yup

Basically the league is telling those bottom team to go fukk themselves. No big free agent wants to go to bottom conference teams. Best bet for them is to hope they strike gold with lower draft pick or massively overpay some above average player and hope he ramps up his skills out there to the stardom.

Spurs and Mavericks showed they can built a championship contender and here we go...39 win and 34 win teams win two top picks.

A team in Charlotte hasn't done shyt since Baron Davis years and they don't feel confident seeing top rookies end up there.
Front office and coaching don’t get the blame? They took shytty lottery picks for years. They finally drafted Lamelo and Miller and have yet to surround them with vets that are worth a damn.

I went back and forth with my homies from the 704 about this yesterday. You can’t blame the market, you can’t blame never getting a #1 pick, you gotta look in the mirror.

Other shyt market teams have found a way to win without a #1 pick

Yea this is trash, people clown these front offices but things like this is why half the league is dog shyt. Why even discuss expansion when you have teams in permanent purgatory due to the draft?

Didn't the Hornets draft the current MVP in Shai and trade him to get Miles Bridges?:jbhmm:

It's a lottery. You're not guaranteed a pick because you suck and you haven't been in purgatory just because you didn't get the 1st pick.

Jokic was pick 41 and Murray went 7th. They built a championship team.

Warriors built a championship team with picks 7, 11, and 35 forming their nucleus.

Brunson was 33rd.

Tell your GM to start GM'ing and get better through trades, free agency, or with lower picks.

The point is that person is complaining about getting the 4th pick when they passed on an MVP at pick 11. Don't say you're in purgatory because of bad luck and ignore the bad moves the front office made.
