Last time I read on it, seems so if what what was posted is true. Forgot the thread but someone said the domain name expires in november. When domain name isnt renewed the site gets nuked. People have been trying to get in contact with the owner for months to see if he will renew it or willing to sell the site, they havent gotten a reply.
