Was anyone else viewed as the “battle rap guy” in their circle?

Everyone knew I liked battle rap and would come to me and talk about battles. That shyt doesn’t happen at all anymore. They be like do people still battle ?

This was so random and late as hell. Those COTY panels are way too long for me to go back and try watch but was that battle even a factor in their judgment.

You seriously asking this question? Chilla hadn't really made any splashes or beat any notable opponents in 2020. You mean to tell me beating fukking Jerry Wess was worthy of winning COTY? He beat B Dot but B Dot was far more impactful that year. (SMOKED Nitty, beat T Top in one of the best battles that year, and 30d a nikka who had just won a tournament). And if Im not mistaken Chilla Jones vs B Dot battle was past the deadline too.

The Rum Nitty battle was 2019. And no, Chilla vs B Dot wasnt the deciding battle and you know it wasnt. And lime I said B Dot had a better year than Chilla regardless if you want talking about the B Dot and Chilla battle.
