Had to catch up on my battle shyt.
Chilla Jones lost and will lose again (vs JC). His wordplay is so corny (that tour guide...show you "around" was nice tho).
MCiddy has had 2 quality battles (on his behalf) since that BK incident. He might be gettin' too cocky again tho.
SMACK can drop the "real" from his name b/c he just straight on nikka time ATM.
Glad Pen grew some balls and dropped something from his own event.
Hahzy still ain't dropped Black Haze vs Qleen (QP) smh.
Girls still can't battle rap (but that Rondo line was heat).
I got the bootleg of Ice & Pat on my comp (didnt even kno they were bttlng) but aint watched yet but Im sure Ill fall asleep.
Passwordz (fukk a pass) vs K-Shine is a dope ass battle. One of the dopest this year.
I don't see any of the other smaller leagues making any kind of real dent in the battle culture unless somebody comes off major bread to fund them, kind of like how SWAG did Smack for URL. Established minor leagues like BlockCity & StreetStatus who get "top tier" headliners get way more pub then some of the ones yall naming and they still dont get the views and they kinda affiliated with smack.
SM2 is around the corner, and since I don't really like any of them old school nikkas (sue me) besides lux, I'm not really anticipating anything. Wanna see lux vs cal, verb vs rex & that's it.

i was listening to battle rap arena, with ill on the interview, caller called up specifically and asked him was he battling k shine and ill responded like that was the most asinine rumor floating around.
so i dont know about that one.
my guess is him and charlie clips about to go down really soon.

Kind of a downgrade for Ill. Espcially coming off a near classic with Rex. But this is HUGE for K Shine. He needs to pull this off if he really wants to be mentioned among the top url nikkas.
