Smart how? Nobody cares about Cassidy at all. He's not getting any money.
It would be smart for him to get involved in the ONLY thing people care about him for, battle raps. He can't sell any records or make good songs, he has no career. He should battle and make a nice 40-50 K.

It'll take him 2 months worth of shows to get what he'd get for one battle and even if he loses the battle, his show money won't slow up, even if he loses. It'll probably increase because his name is so out if the loop right now, him battling would put his name back into people's minds, win or lose. There's literally no downside to him battling other than it fukking with his ego when he realizes he's not that crazy lyrically

battling is the only way Cass could get 50k in a night in the rap game at this point.
So how in the HELL is he trying to say he would be going backwards and have nothing to gain by battling?
Like Budden said on the Angry Fan podcast. MANY of these rappers like Cass, or JR Writer, should give battling a try. They will NEVER sell any more records at this point or be able to charge like that for a show.
Battling is Cass best option in the rap game if you ask me.
