The PG dudes are being strategic by avoiding the "mid tier" battlers. They know that most of the premier names from that group (B-Magic, Chilla, JC, etc) would wipe the floor with them and set their whole wave back as a result. Even guys like Lotta Zay & M.Ciddy would beat most of them.

so when the PG dudes do it it's called being strategic but when the vets do the same thing it's called ducking?

If the pg nikka's wanna be seen they just gotta show up and show out. Look at danny myers after jay real I had no hope for the nikka but after this year his resume gone be that of a vet nikka. It's on him to build his name off this though cause if he perform good to great in majority of the battles he will become a name then.

I think battle rap being so popular hurts this group. When a new nikka pops on the scene he is spitting majority old shyt he hasn't written for anyone yet. So those first couple battles probably a combination of years of his best shyt. Now with these guys essentially Going through the minor leagues they wasting they best shyt and flaming out once they get a name and have to write heat in a month and a half.

I don't think it's ducking but when you look at it from the vets perspective, them choosing to take a battle with someone lower than them puts them in the disposition because there's further down to fall down the ladder if they lose. For a PG, they could have a battle with a vet, lose and still move up the ladder because they has a good showing.

However, if they lost to someone like B-Magic, Chilla, JC, Lotta Zay or M.Ciddy, it becomes a case of "Yeah, you're definitely not ready for the big dogs if you're struggling with the mid-tier" which ends up killing their buzz.

How come nobody is talking about how these top tier nikkas is spitting hot garbage right now? Which Vet is a actually putting in that work? Besides Clips, hollow, Verb and Magic, most of these dudes are wack ass fukk right now.

Hitman- was ass against Clips and Rex
Calicoe- has been ass for years
Con- Has been ass since his Surf battle
Surf- most overrated nikka in the game. nikkas is just realizing how ass Surf has always been.
DNA-
Ill- washed up
Arsonal- garbage
K -Shine- trash
Rex- same old Rex, but he's always does his thing
Math- is better than everybody I named so far. I wouldn't put a PG in front of Math.
Big T- fell off at nome3
Clips- MVP. IMO, he killed Surf and Hitman. Nobody should step in front of Clips right now.
Verb- another vet that's doing what he's suppose to do.
Goodz- ass
Magic-
Hollow Da don- top 3 in the game

Wasn't it just a few months ago that the PG nikkas was saving us from the horrible vet battles? Every since these dudes started saying they'll kill your favorite old head y'all been salty ass fukk.

B Magic has more battles than every "vet" I named. Battles on smack/URL might be the end-all-be-all for some of you, but it isn't for me.

imo he only became top tier status after the battle with clips. he is top 3 at the moment but I only consider a select view as vets (hollow,rex,cal etc).

PGs are trying to jump straight to the top which makes sense the way the vets (fukk all these tiers) are charging Smack for wack battles.

Sure, I believe most vets would wash PGs on stage presence alone but in reality the PGs don't even deserve that shot yet. As someone else said, B Magic battled for four years before he got decent names. These young boys just got on in 2012/2013.
