I think Surf was trying too hard to impress. He should've just had regular bars instead of something that he'd attempt to drop in a song that would make a listener focus and see how it relates by the end of his verse.

Surf bars were ok but his delivery was off. IMO it had nothing to do with what he was spittin, but how he was spittin it. Rain was talking real shyt too, but he spit his bars with confidence.
