Nuborn/YK/Swave they never gonna get higher then where they currently are and it's there own damn fault. They were given the shots. They blew it. Tay Roc JJDD/O-Red/Official proved that you can move up to that top tier status if u take advantage of the chances given to u.

K-Shine and JC are weird. I have no idea where the hell they are. They not quite top tier but they bigger names then mid tiers...... Upper mid tier?? (Is that a thing? lmfao)
