I feel almost exactly the same as i did with jon jon

first round verb was insane, second debatable but I dont think verb second was as fire all the was through as dannys but still a very high level. then danny/jon jon have a good but very beatable round and im thinking if verb is even close to the level of hi second round he easily wins but he comes with bullshiit and both times he did the daylyt punches too, people are not gonna let him get away with biting it even though he is decent at making those punches.

Verb has a formula where he tries to take the first 2 rounds & just tries to real talk on his third, knowing he's giving away the round. He doesn't even try to win the round. Would like to see him change his approach to his 3rd rounds

I think dude is pissy because he lost a lot of money. He was banking on the Smack cosign to help him make his bread back, but there's only so much they could do for him under the circumstances. We will see if he ever throws another battle event again.

Joell used to battle though. He was supposed to get a deal from winning this battle contest way back, but Jermaine Dupri flaked on him. If you've met him, you can kinda tell he really does have the persona for battling. If he can take it back to the Jo-Ell Quickman days he should do much better than Joey did. But who knows if he can, that was over 10 years ago.

Y'all notice how empty the Duel in the Desert venue looked? Do any of these shows (besides major URL and maybe KOTD in Toronto) draw more than 200 people? Tedd Grizzle had to pay 18 battlers. Like QP said we know he ain't recoup.

Ortiz is one of my favorite rappers. Mad intelligent, can do the all the scheming and punching on a beat, and can get deep and paint a picture.
