I might just avoid the Surf/Hitman thread when this battle drops if its gonna be just like the last 6 pages in here.

I'm just gonna enjoy the great battle/possible classic

It's gonna be like this.... "Over hyped!!!" "Gassed" "battle wasn't what they said" "not listening to live updates" "too many reaches"

if somebody said some outlandish bar like that Umbrella/Um bretta shyt then by all means let them have it, but I'm not gonna nitpick every piece of wordplay

Hitmans performance/delivery style translates much better on cam than the "bar heavy"/"clever word play" style.

Once you begin dissecting bars, Surfs rounds are gonna look okay at best... just like in the Hollow battle. Hopefully his third lives up to the hype tho .

Exactly. Hitman is just a natural born performer. His shyt is crazy in the bulidng and on cam.

Im not one of those dudes that dissects bars though. ALL of these nikkas are more lyrical then any of us. So how we gonna tell them how to write?? If the shyt sounds hot to me then it's hot!

My real concern about this battle is the crowd. I have faith in both Surf and Hitman's rounds to translate well on cam but I know how those NY crowds can get at main events

nikkaz gotta be arguing for the sake of arguing @ this point, cuz this Surf shyt is cut and dry.

The jalapeno line is dope, and not nearly within the realm of reachitude Nash was in, but he fukked up the delivery and ruined the line when he said "I'll".

It's really simple, retards.

The line dope to me That nash shyt is the reason nikkas will blow the whistle on surf for anything now lol. Its like Ron Artest, because of the Pacers fight & the Harding shyt he'd get a flagrant 1 for something that would be "a good hard foul" for another player.
