I was there live and there it seemed close, after the SM we saw him at the pizza shop and told him he won but it was close. Then I got home and rewatched it and yeah JJDD won man. Convincingly

I think I edge Hitman but it could go either way, John John he does some shyt I dont like but at the same time he brings bars pretty much every battle at least hes consistent and he can hold the attention of a crowd, even a hostile one cause nikkaz was trying to boo him vs Reed until they realized Reed was gonna be trash, I even thought he edged Verb but doing that dumb multiple choice shyt fukked up his 2nd round perception wise and thats why I think most had Verb he needs to retire that MC shyt. Once you get a bad rep though its over, JJDD is in the same category as a Verb or Conceited in that big crowd, every bar they say better be A1 or theyre getting booed lol

So am I the only one that thinks Hitman's actual round was a bunch of low-level bars set in a very battle-hungry environment that was looking forward to Hitman Holla's energy?

Don't get me wrong, that round was a classic round... but I feel like the crowds energy had everything to do with it. Like no joke, when I watch it I really think that you could have put any of Hitman's firsts in that spot and that crowd + Verb would have lost their mind.
