To me that's apart of battle rap. Catching feelings over that is kinda lame. But I haven't seen the whole battle, he may have done too much.

Physical contact is not a part of battle rap. It can enhance the feel of certain types of material, but ultimately it's something you do at your own discretion. You can't get mad if your opponent makes it clear he isn't with all that.
