Yea. I don't like rex but at the end of the day he's a big name that I'm sure is cheap to book. He probably battles for a rack or two and brings in enough views smack doesn't mind paying it despite the lack of quality

If Rex battled for a rack or two I would get a camera crew and have him battling in Marcus Garvey Park every other month.

Rex left everything he had at the Slaughterhouse.

If Rex comes to the next battle with the approach of whining about time limits, coming with short rounds, etc I hope he gets bodybagged. However, the vets tend to not allow rookies to beat them out of pride.

With his string of terrible battles recently I have to think smack lowballs Rex an offer for summer madness and tells him he can take it or leave it. And Rex takes it

Considering the amount of attention a surf battle gets because he doesn't battle often and the amount of publicity he gets from being mentioned on ESPN, specifically named by Drake and Kevin Durant...12k is actually believable regardless of your dislike for him.

The way I look at it, like @wizworld brought up, Rex brought a free battle to the URL in Rex/Myers to build a card around. Also, T Top beating Rex on Summer Madness really does raise his profile to the casual fans that are trendy & only tune in for the big events.

People must have forgotten how much respect Clips got for beating Rex convincingly. Clips got away with so many bs battles because he showed up vs Rex.

Who is this ignorant one here? The only time Surf probably got even close to sniffing 10k is his battle with Hitman.

You dumb fukk comparing Tsu Surf to Daylyt. Surf gets 10-15 K per URL battle. Most top tiers make anywhere from 5-10, some make more depending on who is sponsoring it.
