A lot of the people here in the UK got into battle rap first because of GrindTime so guys like Hollow, Illmac & Arsonal have huge followings over here.
I know of a few guys like myself who were watching the old SMACK DVD battles when they were up on WSHH/Youtube but we're definitely in the minority. URL didn't really blow up over here until Lux went viral at SM2.
If I'm Pat Stay, I'd take that match-up. No reason for Pat to be scared of Suge, or to let Suge push him without pushing back. I don't think Suge's entourage or whatever is really on the same type of time as say, Calicoe or Surf's entourage.
I don't think I've watch a single Pat Stay battle in like 3 years that I left thinking he was anything other than "ok." He wastes too many rounds. Hollow only loses this if he plays down to the competition. The UK crowds are generally unbiased and just hype as hell when both battlers are from overseas, so that shouldn't be an issue for either guy.
I might buy the PPV. I'd like to see what JC does with Ars, and might care who Math battles. The rest of the card needs to come out before I make a call.

Yeah pat stay overrated as fukk usually got one good round per battle, people gassed him cause he kept winning fixed descions at home , hollow just debatably beat Lux and clearly beat clips but he losing to pat ? Foh

Unpopular Opinions About Battle Rap
Thing is, Hollow isn't the average URL dude. He gets a lot of shyt for being a part of GT. But that's where the fukk he shined at and I feel like it gave him a different skillset as far as bars, angles, and performances. Pat is damn near primarily KOTD. And he gets opportunities to only battle the dudes in his league and occasionally the URL guys who are down to do it. So experience wise, Hollow got him, I feel. Only way Pat can win is if he takes a pretty dominating approach and angle to his opponent. Its hard to do that against Hollow because he's unpredictable as fukk.
Hollow is one of those dudes who reminds me that going first can nullify the other guy's first off the jump.
