They can only promote Charron but so much, because despite his talent, he makes the whole scene look corny.

Hollohan is under a bridge smoking rocks somewhere.

They allowed Daylyt to completely demoralize Loe Pesci with no repercussions. Loe is probably the best writer they had over there.

Bender is not inspired to battle. When he is on top of his game he's nasty, but that was a long time ago.

The Saurus still gets match-ups, despite being washed.

They keep putting Arsonal on cards, when was the last time he gave KOTD a really good performance?

Po Rich once held the title, he is now at Ground Zero, where he belongs. He is a reminder of how pressed they were for new talent.

Arcane is another former title holder who brings back bad memories for them.

They brought Iron Solomon back. It was cool, but are excited to see Solomon's next battle?

They took the Arsonal & Shotty rematch & it turned out meh.

Head Ice & Bigg K are the only street battlers that bring their A game to a KOTD match-up.

I respect Illmac, he's the champ and he deserves to be.

You know your shyt so much respect. I still respect their platform for different reasons though. (1) They expanded their league at the perfect time when GT was folding. It was a good business move. (2) They made sure they never went back to that low budget ass quality they had for footage thanks to Avocado. (3) Yes they brought over SMACK URL rappers but they never gave up on having the Grand Prixs (more so GZ battles), the KOTD chain, their Blackout events, and etc. If anything they really switched up on, was the talent. They have what seperates them from a lot of the leagues out there. But the fact they do good enough business for SMACK dudes to be on their platform consistently, people focus on that way more than what else they do to help out their brand.

They were gonna make sure Charron got further because he is their homegrown talent. 100 Bulletz was their underdog as damn near one of the only brothas in the league doing something. I forgot to mention Pat Stay but he transitioned the best out of everyone. Hollohan could've after his Cortez battle but Cortez took that. Illmaculate and Thesaurus came from GT as well as Diz, Caustic, and etc. That's why I didn't name them. Even Daylyt was from that era but that was when he did no antics. Now, you have a point about Loe Pesci. I'll give you that.
