I don't think he will. My guess is Cortez just comes with fire bars and performs well. As much as we feel Chilla has progressed, against an A-game Cortez I don't think he bodes well

I can see this happening. Cor prolly going to put that pressure on em. Chilla going to have to keep his pace up and find that aggression, assuming Cor does what we think he is going to do.

But this is Ty's battle to lose, and when a dude is on the shelf for so long, I tend to worry. I don't know where Ty's head is, but if he overdoes the unorthodox shyt, he might lose that room then lose his focus and steam. If not, we bout to get some bars brehs.
Chilla's aggression not being there can be a factor depending on where the battle is placed on the card. The earlier, the better for Chilla. Actually, its beneficial for everyone if the battle is earlier.
Its safe to assume Reed-Chess is the last battle. If this battle is what i think it is (sort of a co main event), Chilla has been shaky as a headliner. I know waiting all day to perform has got to suck for the performers, but he has to find a way to adjust since that is what he is chasing. Its part of being top tier.
Yes he was great against math, but the con & diz (all.day events) battles showed me he needs to figure out how to be "on" when its showtime.

I must be the only one that doesn't care Cor vs Chilla. Chilla is ass now and I can't watch a full Cor battle. I'm more interested in Rum and Ave. Someone mentioned that someone like Rum would be a legit challenge for Ave (who's overhyped as shyt). I kinda want to see if he can stand in front of someone who's seen as a real threat. Beating novelty ass Nunn Nunn and Mike P don't necessarily get you stripes in Bar Ville.
