My theory on G.E. is that he has a drug problem.
Look up all his videos (GE Black Dollar) prior to 2010. He was on some fly flossy shyt. Now he's perpetually dusty, like he spends all his bread on pills and lean. His style is ill, but it's not enough. He has to promote himself more, he has to get his look together, etc.
