Depends on where you go, but yes, and some places even more. And we're not even talking about "prestigious" universities most of the time.

And then when you get out of school - ESPECIALLY if you're Black - that job market usually ain't looking that bright for you.

To add to that, for those people in Hollow's position, who start and don't finish, you're triply fukked, because you've got to pay that money back, you don't got a degree from it, and it's basically like you never went in the first place.
