If smack threw and even in VA next week and made nikkaz perform for free, none of them DMV nikkaz would have an issue. But since it's JJDD, then nikkaz start acting silly. That shyt is wack. Yeah I agree 100% This is pretty stupid. Can you imagine back in 2012 Verb saying Smack couldn't come to St. Louis to do no event, or Big T saying Smack couldn't come to Chicago and do no event? They did the opposite and invited Smack out to the midwest because it would help put their region on the map, which is what these DMV battlers should be doing, letting bigger leagues from outside come in and make the region even more hot. They're hustling backwards.

From how it's been explained, John John isn't trying to break bread with the leagues that have been keeping that scene alive. Instead he tried to partner up with a league that holds no weight out there. If them nyggas feel like TODD is just trying to slide through and capitalize, and his name holds no weight out there, then there isn't really much to talk about.

I'm bolding this end part to tell you eat a fat one because I don't even like Rome DMV like that. Let's get that clear. And if you lived in the DMV area and saw just in general how entertainment is around here, you might get a bit more of clarity as to why they are frustrated with this kind of bullshyt. Out of towner nikkas been coming thru DC/MD/VA area for shows, talent, and etc. for years to set up shop and make things theirs on a general level. Hell, I've been here since the late 90s and have seen it happen over and over. So all that, MMG, Def Jam, and YMCMB showcase shyt...thats nothing even new here. nikkas have put on those kinda showcases (at least one I remember years ago in DC involving Def Jam) supposedly major label related but weren't because they were pay to play hustle joints where they have been fronts. So you call their response clown ass corny shyt but yet its an area you more than likely don't have any clue to how things are within the region. That's good to know.
Furthermore, Jakk said when SMACK was trying to do a DMV event, they did reach out to the right channels in the area but couldn't seal the deal due to the venues. Do you even remember all of what dude said on AFM? Of course you don't, just goofy nerd nikkas making up shyt.

Jc is dope but you got to give more of a valid reason he faces a elite battle rapper just cause he nice. Hell Big Kannon is nice, Danja is Nice. What he does on URL from here on out will show his worth in getting that shot. Politics play a factor somewhat. You got to kill somebody worth talkin about, or have highly debatable battles when you get big moments. Jc has done none of those things yet.

Mook had already beaten Iron Solomon 5-0.
Lux/Mook were pretty much at the top of the game when they battled and were on the same level. This isn't the same as JC/Lux.
