Is Lux really motivated to battle Ars? If he is 3-0. They always seemed cool with each other so if that's still the case Lux might not be out to kill him.

I'm not all that excited about the match up.

I wouldn't be surprised if Arsonal pulled the upset for this reason right here. Lux is battling him based solely on money in front of that dead ass UDubb crowd in the last battle of the night.

You definitely got the impression that he really wanted to do Calicoe, Hollow, and Clips. I would have rather have seen Goodz, because he actually appeared to want that battle.

Did anyone actually take that poll seriously? I believe Arsonal wanted this battle.

Lux on his album run. :pachaha:

Talk Dirty in stores soon

That new song he got is garbage. It's like his approach to making music is all fukked up.

I think he's capable. Where is that project with Rain? Rain said he was gonna produce a whole album for Lux. Lux needs to stay in his lane.

Yeah this feels like Lux might pull a Mook rematch performance. If it was on URL I'd feel like he'd try harder. Nobody was asking for him to battle Ars.

I don't like the song but it actually has some traction and I could see it getting him some local bookings

It looks like O'fficial was in LA recording an episode of Wild N Out.

So what's the deal with Jaz? It seems like she's failed to capitalize on opportunities.

Bonnie & Myverse on Wild N Out. O'fficial is recording an episode. These three are some of the hardest working females, so they deserve it.

You got Ms Hustle out here popping up with videos with Kay Slay.

I like Grindtime shyt but for example, I think Fresco beat Khan CLEARLY no debating but back then people had Khan winning.

Had Soul winning it too....Fresco was spittin' fire but Khan's first was a killer...

"callin' me a fakkit is like me callin' you a kike" :comeon:

"I was supposed to battle Sathyre but he was scared, now I've gotta kill the bytch that does his hair" :skip:

"you're such a fakkit you should've come with a closet on" :bryan:

"shhhh, you had me at Real Deal..." :ohlawd:

Round 2 - Fresco again, dope bars but not much reaction. Soul's second was weaker than the first, but based only off reactions, he got Round 2 as well.

Round 3 - Fresco's best round... "I don't mind bodying Soul"...was on some :whoo:shyt....Soul just continued with the gay jokes, so this is Fresco's round.

Altogether, I think Soul still won 2-1, but it was far from being one-sided as the reactions on the event would tell you. Soul had that fact/comedic element that I miss nowadays, he was very creative with his shyt. But I don't see his style suited for today. He is like Iron Solomon - respected by the URL, but not made for its stage.

Don't the people rather see another Lux battle than Mook ?

I mean everybody wanna act like he's :trash: nowadays anyway.

Am I a fan of Mook? Not at all. But I'd rather see Ars/Mook over Ars/Lux anyday. There would actually be tension in that matchup.

Matchups where they respect each other just turn into all bars-no personals fights. And we all know who has the better pen in this matchup

Giving props to Soul Khan for bodying Fox is like expecting props as a grown man for dunking on a little kid. Who's cripped.

Come on man

But you still downplay it because its not current. Muthafukka its a body; yes, Fox was not known for being that nice from SONS anyway but Khan basically retired him. On the league that "matters" supposedly. So because of who it was....it doesn't matter? I already said at the time, it was a big deal but the battle didn't age that well.

With him changing his views and etc., I agree. He wouldn't be able to get away with it. However, he focused more on the music and he doesn't slack on writing. I think the difference between him and Iron is really voice and delivery. Over time, Iron's voice wasn't the same from the Scribble Jam days. And you could hear it when he was on Grind Time battling E. Ness. I think Soul Khan has something naturally raw about his voice and delivery that always helped him. Plus, the muthafukka makes some dope music for real. The shyt he raps over fits him and his style completely. Iron, on the other hand, I never got into his music like that. Had some ok tracks but it just felt like the beats and some of the content didn't suit him.
