Why you had to lie and say he was pretty ill?:hhh:
Hated how he had the longest set ups with no punches. :yeshrug:

My nikka.....first don't do the whole backhanded respect them disrespect shyt. His fam passed and you ended your sentence with he's wack as fukk. Yo, what the fukk is wrong with you? That's besides the point I was making. You didn't like his style I get it. But cot damn learn some manners or somethin', muthafukka. I get it that's it's battle rap but when nikkas get in fukked up situations that affect them outside, at least respect that shyt. What you said was backhanded.

They are both great writers, cocky Jews and really creative. I have always held both of them in high regard, Iron especially was the shyt when he was killin' Flamez, Madness, Shirt' N Tie...but then he dropped the ball against Mook and you could see that he was absent for too long. It took a few battles later to see that he still has it, just not on the URL stage.

And I feel the same shyt would happen to Khan if he came back against any top tier at the moment.

I get what you mean. I personally think Khan would do better because of the way he writes he'd do better. Plus his delivery and voice to me naturally hit bit harder than Iron's.

I mean no disrespect to Showoff but I do think what O-Red did to him contributed to him falling back. O-Red exposed the "no contract killer" thing. He also exposed Showoff for recycling A LOT recently.

Showoff complained about not being able to get paid multiple times off each rhyme he writes on Angryfan. So the backlash from recycling might be ugly, since O-red said he used the same line like four times.

I didn't know Ghostface was such a big battle rap fan to the point he calls Smack when he takes too long to drop a battle. That's fire

lmao this is hilarious :laff: Picturing Ghostface asking Smack "Ayo what up with the battles shun, you can't have the fans waiting too long for a battle god" cracks me up :mjlol:

But that's great, a lot of hip hop artists, especially the old school ones fukk with battle-rap heavy. Battle-rap adheres to the core hip hop rules (gotta be original, writing your own shyt, etc) so the old guard will fukk with it heavy

Does Ave really belong to the category or "rappity rap" dudes? He's definitely bar heavy, but his content and wording seems more street/believable then (for example) Rum Nitty, JC, and the other dudes who are clearly bar focused. Watching Ave/Sug on stage, I honestly saw two dudes doing a somewhat similar thing, one with much better bars and the other with (occasional) heavier delivery to make the bars hit.

I've come to the conclusion that he's a rappity rap nygga. He hasn't done anything successfully besides punch. This wasn't obvious until I really compared him to Bigg K. K can do humor and real talk, plus has more presence than Ave.
Suge did a lot of punching, but he has performance and presence. He also does real talk.
