Surf STILL has only ONE clear victory against a top-tier (Hitman). He has moments, and he can definitely sell a fight, but he continues to be vastly overrated.

Battles are three rounds, if you win 2 of the 3 you win the battle. Him running back his rounds is just filler comment, that has nothing to do with winning or losing. It might be annoying, but that's irrelevant to whether he won or not.

Oh no you don't, he lost and its not just because of that. T Top came for his head and got that. I'm not even saying 3-0 but I had it clear for Top taking that. All of what I mentioned added on to the fact of Surf losing. Top had better material and a better performance overall.
