yep. i just think some of the casual URL fans took a while to warm up to them. since it is URL West, i think folks didn't really get into the scene there until thsi upcoming card.
i've been a fan of KG for some time tho. i think it was smarter he invested in the URL West now than just always trying to get a PG battle. good move on his part. and hopefully, nikkas will really respect Danny instead of disrespect him; even when he is one of the most consistent battle rappers around.

I typed the following:
The west coast can't create their own Bullpen/RBE because the talent isn't there. It's just weird how big the Westcoast is and you can't find 10-12 nyggas who are decent enough to build a real league.
In order to build a league organically, you need fresh and upcoming talent. Some solid guys that can build a league. What did you name? Some guys in their 30s that have more priorities than building a battle league, with the exception of Geechi and Stuey. Aktive would probably be a guy that would be eager to take part in building a league, but let's be honest, he's not very good. Are you really trying to sell him as a good battle rapper?
You had a league like SDH who was able to create entire cards with their own talent. WGH pretty much did cards with talent exclusive to their brand. With the WestCoast, they would need to rely on flying talent in to get anything going.
The URL did the right thing with this card, which is create a URL card that incorporates guys from the westcoast that they feel are a good fit for the league.
