I think KOTD may be done for, I feel the only advantage they had lately or ever really, was the bunker type atmosphere and better PPV, SMACK Vol 1 took care of the small room feel, the PPV been great with Avocado. And they do so many battles now per year even all these little leagues cant really survive like that. Nobody cares at all about anyone Canadian at KOTD right now. Its prob worse in that regard than even when they started. Its all older vets from URL or Grindtime really holding them and theyre fading away. It might survive but go back to before the Grindtime cats started gong there, those days. but with less Canadian talent even on the rise

The main reason I started watching them anyway. GT folded and SMACK URL didn't bring back the muthafukkas I wanted to see battle over bullshyt. So, if they can bring back Marv Won, Ness Lee, and Swave Sevah for some decent cards, I'll watch. Work out whatever that shyt was with Dizaster. Hell, Dumbfoundead when he battled Dizaster and Conceited both times brought in views...bring him in. Head ICE will need to defend the chain again so we'll see him battle. Get Jimz, Bigg K, Illmac, Iron Solomon, and a few others on a card. They're saying they're straight but I dunno...right now they;re under a microscope more than usual.

We’ve seen these guys grow in front of our eyes on camera in one of our favorites genres of entertainment. Why wouldn’t we be happy for them?

I don't subscribe to that being white people shyt because plenty of my own hated on shyt myself, people I'm cool with, and people I don't even know have tried to accomplish (but that's a different conversation of morals and our beliefs; we can table that). But, I am happy for their success and glad they're reaching their goals as black men in general. Even though I am not fans of theirs as battle rappers like that, I like that they are making an impact on the sports platform with it.

No. It's white people shyt. I didn't say Black people don't do it, we do, but that's mainly because we exist within European ideology societies and we assimilated. Africans by nature are communal. Europeans by nature are for self preservation. All this money over everything, putting yourself over everybody else, not worrying about others, is some European based nonsense that was brought over here and made it a straight capitalistic society. And that manifest itself in how we operate as a people.

But yes, I'm getting too off topic. I'm just glad for them and hope continued success.
