Your right. PSA is the best shyt out right now as a podcast. Damn shame it only has 8k subscribers. These nyggas got me listening to “appreciations” on artist I don’t even care about.

They got something.

"It's Mostly the Voice" GURU

Dre has a great radio voice, while Sean has a very good delivery. He has that KRS style arrogance when he argues. Sean will throw a few curveballs, while Dre always identifies with whatever makes him sound more macho. They sound good going back and forth.

It works. Plus what Dre has going for him is that you gotta have that guy you just don’t agree with on a show.

I don’t fukk with his opinion at all, because it’s all bias. His taste is extremely limited to 90s east coast rap with some exceptions. He hates anything that has commercial appeal. His love for Jay-Z can be unbearable.

Their “appreciations” will always be limited. A lot of emcees from the west, Midwest, and south will never be broken down because of Dre’s lack of knowledge. However he likes what he likes.

Yep. They have great chemistry. Timbo was a bad co-host. Angryfan and Caps were good but not sure if you watched the Tone Bro Hip Hop Is Real interview, but he said Dre and Caps are just too big to work together. They both needed their own platform. Plus I think Caps can't discuss Hip Hop at the level Dre can. Sean fits right in with Dre because they can both discuss the golden era, 90s and Sean can provide a lot of insight on what's popping now. It is weird that Sean is 6 years older than Dre, but Dre comes off as the bitter old guy though. And some of his critiques make me actually want to defend some of the artists he downplays. Like I'm not even a Migos fan, but the way Dre dismisses them is kinda ridiculous to me. Sean can definitely be over the top with his attempts to balance out the hate, for example him saying he anticipated Culture 2 as much as he did It Was Written is wild lol.

But yeah, they're my favorite show. And I know Joe listens to them all the time, if he gets his own podcast network, he needs to put them on it.

I’m saying they are the best hip hop podcast period. I’m taking beyond battle rap.

Haha this seemed to work out too perfectly. A lot of times in battle rap culture, politics & red tape keep the most sensible thing from happening, so I'm a little shocked.

Makes TOTAL sense. Tony Bro is knowledgeable and level headed. He needed to get away from the unstable fukkery always present at AFM

So Tony actually left angryfan?

He was on there too long anyway. I’m surprised Caps kept the last wave of guys so long anyway. He’ll grab some new guys from his fb group.

Negus will slap their Momma for that Champion seat.

I wonder if Blac knows about... *Holla voice* I’m going to save that for the second round.
