By letting them battle other nikkas when they wanted to battle eachother and both said they had material for eachother.

only way this would be valid is if these guys were washed up. You got it completely wrong. If anything, the URL fast tracked Nitty to NOME. Nitty was on angryfanradio pouring his heart out, because no leagues were booking him. He sounded like he was rock bottom. He took the AVE battle & he takes off. He battled ROC the same year, on the biggest card of the year for the URL. He went from not getting battles to getting ROC all in the same year.
I thought the URL was going to wait until the following year, but they gave the people what they wanted.
