Hold up now.

I see what y'll saying but let's keep it a buck tho...RBE is not like the other leagues that do events and disappear either. Sure they take longer than KOTD and SMACK/URL but the Mook vs Verb card helped. And now, with this new card in November, it COULD (not saying it will) speed up their momentum for more big battles in the future. And RBE is sitting on battles that could continually drop from now till probably the end of the year and will have more to drop early next year.

Put it this way: if RBE was like that league in the UK that hosted the first Pat Stay vs Hollow Da Don battle, I'd see what you mean. Because those muthafukkas disappeared. I could see it with Go-Rilla Warfare since they pop up and leave. And maybe Black Ice since they dabble in battle rap but get involved in other businesses. I'm not counting RBE out because they pull off 2 or 3 events at least a year.

Literally none of our post said anything about RBE disappearing so what are you even talkin about, we know they not gonna fold at this point

JC v. BDot is a huge matchup. That's something I'd have expected on a SM or NOME card (not as a main event).
Shine can make Ave's life miserable if Ave doesn't get off to a good start in the battle. That constant cadence won't cut it against an entertaining Shine.
I still think DNA is almost a whole different battlerapper than the one people grew to hate. Dude really hasn't disappointed in a while.


Beasley was classic throughout the trailer. "FINALLY, an action packed line up, solidified veterans..."

edit - 12 minutes in and he just called Cal the "BMF Princess". So ehh it's some line crossing going on. I know these guys are just battlers and nothing serious will come of it, but I feel as if Kannon should have avoided that type of talk.

whats crazy to me is DNA is much more likely to deliver a good battle now than Clips when before you were like why would I want to watch DNA when Clips does the same shyt but way less corny?

DNA vs Myers has potential to be good because I think the biggest reason certain battlers bring their worst material to DNA is that nobody is motivated to battle him, they see him as so corny like they know nobody is gonna really gain respect cause you beat DNA , hes like a trap game before these dudes can make it to top tier in a lot of cases and even some vets like Calicoe did not give a fukk that time and got bodied on that bootleg smack league. But Ill Will had his worst shyt, twork recently. but Myers writes the same for every battle so he will bring it.

No, I get that. But the way y'all made it sound like is that after RBE did the Mook vs. Verb event, they would be gone if they can't keep up with SMACK; if I read that wrong whatever but it didn't sound like y'all had faith in them after the fact. I was only saying that RBE has building their shyt up right so they can be in this position and not to count them out.

Not sure if I agree, but I definitely feel like Big T's "Nick Cannon, Kannon" sequence was way hotter than anything Big Kannon said.

Calicoe would wash Big Kannon with zero bars. That being said I recently watched Kannon vs m ciddy and my god he bodied ciddy bad.

I'm not the biggest calicoe fan, but you can't take away his legacy, even after lux, he has some very solid wins.

He beat rex, when rex was on high
He beat surf, pretty damn clearly,
He beat tay roc, when roc was on fire.
He beat brizz, it's a bad battle but he did beat him.
He beat pat stay in my mind, although pat was better lyrically, all you remember from that battle is calicoe totally disrespecting him.
He beat k shine,
He beat suge
He beat math
He beat hitman in a 1 rd joint.

That is a pretty impressive resume.

Kannon should have been talking like this for years. But he is someone who came in with cal, verb, hitman, big t, etc but never solidified his legacy on they level. I mean he wants kudos for beating holmzie smh. That should be an insult. Kannon been 1 of the most consistent, can't take away his contributions, but it has to be said how he came in with those guys and he still kinda looked at like a pg. Nobody sees him as a vet. That's his own fault though.
