I’ve always found this fascination with headlining a card weird.

I’m seeing this angle coming up in a lotta debates (Black Compass for example)

if you ain’t getting a battler getting paid it’s none of ya business.

And it doesn’t mean anything to me from a ranking perspective.

Lux vs Cal was under Mook vs Iron, but which battle elevated battlerap?

JC vs Chilla was a one off that weekend, but outta that and Mook vs Iron which was a Top5 battle ever?

Yeah Surf might headline a lotta cards but the nikka LOST a lotta battles headlining.
It doesn’t mean anything to me how many events you headlined or who you faced if you lost when it mattered.

If that was the case Rich Dolarz and Midwest would be up there off resume.

That's why I try not to have high hopes for so many of these big battles.
It sounds good. The battlers can sell the fight...hopefully. As well as the league.
But when we get the battle? We get something we give an average to mediocre to garbage review about.
Hitman vs. Conceited is a perfect example of that shyt.
