Last time JC pissed Lux off we got Hot97 #Freestyle075

Verb hasn’t spit ANYTHING close to that on or off wax over the last 5 years..

They’re having 3min rounds, that tells us how scared Verb is behind all the wolftickets he been selling.
Lux would never do 3min rounds with Verb given their history.

At their peak they were my #1 and #2, but it’s about to get VERY DARK for Verb, let’s REAL here
I’m saving files on everybody picking Verb to win this battle

All First Verse

This was something I was thinking about today as well. Judging from Lux's interviews, he know's very well that there are a great amount of folks that are doubting him, despite his status, and Lux seems very determined to remind nikkas why he is where he's at. He knows whats at stake here, and he isn't going to slack. Every time folks have doubted Lux, he always managed to come through.

- Folks doubted him before the Calicoe battle. Cal had just bodied Math and was that nikka at that point in time, while Lux hadn't battled in forever (like almost 5 years I think). And we all know what happened when the battle went down.

- Lux took an L against Mook, so his whole invincible aura was pretty much gone after losing in a trash battle. After that? He took on Clips, and bodied him.

- Lux had a lukewarm battle vs Arsonal, and everyone was talking GREASY about Lux, from Mickey to JC to Verb. Then he dropped like a top 2 funk flex freestyle EVER, only one that comes close was Black thought's and the disrespect ceased after that.

From what I get from Lux's interviews he genuinely feels like folks got him all the way fukked up, and that in turn has made Lux even hungrier which is DANGEROUS.

Verb has been wanting this battle for the longest, and he has EVERYTHING to gain from winning, so I most definitely believe that Verb is coming to fukk around either. That's why I'm hyped about this battle, two of the best battlers, who are in good form who will both give 1200% because of what is at stake AND they're both S tier shyt talkers, so the promo for this is gonna be ridiculous

Now for me the ideal outcome of this battle would be a debateable classic, like Lux/hollow. I don't want Lux to just wash Verb, and of course I don't want Verb to just wash Lux either. These are two of my fav battlers, I want this battle to turn out more like Hitman/Verb and not Clips/Rex.

He’s done the “debates” with Loso and JC. Saga stands behind him at battles now

The fact that B Dot has to my knowledge never called out a pale white born-wealthy Jewish Smack vet from New York who happens to be on a famous comeback as B Dot is emerging is funny, Iron must be his final boss. I don’t think he deserves him but has he made any noise at all about this? He clearly knows how to leverage online fans with URL

Nah I'm not hearing that "3 mins is the standard" when this isnt your standard run of the mill battle.

A bullshyt matchup between two punchers, yea give that a hard time limit. A matchup between two nikkas split indirect filler all night, yea give that a time limit.

A matchup that has been almost a decade in the making, (between the ppl that have blessed us with some of the greatest real talk rounds in battle rap history) I need to hear EVERYTHING these two have to say to each other.

I agree i don't want anyone to call time on anyone. But i also don't want "unlimited" Like i said i do expect each person to have a buffer window. I don't think either one of them want to risk looking like they were getting bodied by calling time on the other.

I have Verb’s resume ahead of DNA’s just because Verb has battled all of the recognized top gods of the shyt and DNA hasn’t battled any of them (Mook, Lux, Hollow, Clips).

Lol your conclusion doesn’t make any sense. They did the face offs on the same day out of convenience. These battles were announced early to generate excitement for 2019. The URL used their time in Orlando to get as much content as possible (smack volume 3, banned battles, faceoffs for future battles).

Goodz/Cass was not announced as a Nome battle, nor would it make sense to have it on the same card as Verb/Lux.

I just never seen two faceoffs in the same room.....on trailers....and it NOT be on the same card, pardon me if it makes perfect sense in ma brain that the shyt is kinda weird lmao

When you get the NOME/SM, you gotta be able to entertain man, and he is lacking in that area

I would put him in another stage similar to strike 2.5 against URL gatekeeper Suge.

He’ll get on stage thinking bars are enough, then give that salty ass look that every “pen” guy does when a guy with inferior bars is getting more love.

I don’t think I’ve seen anyone in URL history come in and embrace that mid tier role like Steams. I’m not a fan, but I like that blue collar self aware approach that this is all I’m ever gonna be.

I feel like Saga is trying to come for that spot, and he needs to see Steams, who I feel is the midtier juggernaut of the URL.

Definitely won't be going to Houston. The way things are going I'll be lucky to see the battles live. Having 5 solid hours without worrying about something is just not realistic for my situation going forward. Smack has to quit these all day events or I'm just going to keep riding with bootleg boyz out of necessity.
